Anne's Trip


1. Anne with Kevin Davidson at Paddy's Pub in Gananoque. Kevin is the big brother of Julia, who was my best friend in grade 7 in Long Sault, Ontario. I used to have a secret crush on him. Ooops, Now he knows! 2. Anne with Patty Smith. Patty lives in Kingston and she and I were vocal majors at the Humber College music program in the late 70's. She has a four octave range and blew the roof off Paddy's pub. 3. Kevin on violin, Joe on Bass, Brother Rob on guitar, Patty on vocal and Anita from the audience on spoons. She stole the show and is now my friend on facebook.

1. Anne playing with THE best bass player in Toronto, Rachel Melas in Ormstown, Quebec. Rachel is now in therapy after we got lost on the Dorval Loop trying to get her to the train station on time. 2. Anne hamming it up for the folks in Ormstown, where she was born in 1959. 3. Anne and her brother Rob who she grew up with in Ormstown. Rob used to hide under her bed at night and scare the daylights out of her. After years of therapy, she forgives him.

1. Anne, Di Kooch on Bass, and Brigette Djczer on violin play at L'Escalier in Montreal. Sorry 'bout the eyes Brigette, but you do play like the Devil. 2. Anne, Di and Brigette party like the devil after the gig at L'Escalier. 3. Brigette Djczer also plays like an angel.

1. Just arrived at Heritage College in Hull, Quebec seconds before the noon gig because we got lost due to lack of road map and all signs in french. MTV cameras just off to the right. (hee hee) 2. Myself, Di and our hostesses in Hull, Meg and MJ. Why is my head so large?? 3. Forgot to bring Camera to the Toronto Gladstone gig, but here's Di's beer, shades and backpack at sound check just to prove we were there. Honest!
